GBW or 'Garden Bird Watching' is a new site aimed at the amateur bird watcher primarily making bird sightings in their back gardens whilst they are bird watching.
Garden Bird Watching is a powerful database driven site with all the worlds known bird species listed. It's up to you to tell the world what is in your back garden!
Sign up for free. There is no charge to use this site. All we ask is that you regularly contribute your sightings in our easy to use sightings interface.
Simply set up your own bird list, select your location and add your sightings each day or week from your bird watching experience. It's your choice.
Want to improve your garden to attract more birds or different species?
Check out the rich statistics produced and see what others are doing in your region. Are you using the right feed or feeder? Is your average "count per sighting" less than the town down the road?

I have created this site as my wife is an avid bird watcher in our back garden. Over the years she has developed a keen eye bird watching and identifying different species. I dedicate this site to her. I want everyone to be able to enjoy this site as much as she does. If you want things changed or think something is good, submit a message.
